Bardot Brasserie sits inside the bustling ARIA Resort & Casino, offering a taste of classic French dining with a touch of Las Vegas flair. As a full-service restaurant focusing on brunch and French cuisine, it invites both locals and visitors looking for a refined yet approachable meal in a lively casino setting.

The atmosphere at Bardot Brasserie fluctuates throughout the day but keeps a distinctly upscale, polished feel influenced by polished wood interiors and soft lighting. Brunch here comes with the added bonus of live saxophone music on some weekends, lending a gentle soundtrack that fits well with leisurely conversations over plates of French toast or delicate crepes. Diners should note that the noise level can rise, especially on busier days, which might require speaking a bit louder to catch every word across the table.

The menu highlights a variety of traditional French offerings alongside comfort dishes reimagined for sharing or solo indulgence. Signature items like the French Onion Soup Gratinee and Beef Wellington for Two are clearly crowd-pleasers, embodying the restaurant's focus on quality ingredients and classic techniques. Pastry lovers will find delight in selections such as the Mille Feuille and Chocolate Grand Macaron, while those open to bolder choices can explore options like Foie Gras Au Torchon and Caviar Deviled Eggs.

This spot works well for celebratory dinners or brunch gatherings with friends or family, especially for those who appreciate attentive service that complements the food and setting. Groups with dietary restrictions, like gluten-free diners, are also accommodated thoughtfully, though the menu size is somewhat limited which may affect return visits for some.

What stands out at Bardot Brasserie is its balance between elevated French cuisine and a setting that's lively yet manageable for meaningful conversation — a blend that's not always easy to find on the Las Vegas Strip. For locals or visitors keen on savoring elegant dishes paired with fresh cocktails and a touch of live jazz, weekend brunch or a quieter weekday dinner are the best times to plan a visit.

Honestly, we picked this place because it was the only one left with available reservations. So we had our doubts. But after eating here we honestly don't understand why. Our experience here was awesome. Excellent food at a good price and fantastic service. It was quiet so we were actually able to hear each other talk. To start, we had the La Peche Mode drink. It was very smooth with just a touch of sweet and sour. I would definitely get it again. I'd recommend it if you like mixed drinks that aren't strong on alcohol. We had the caviar deviled eggs, French onion soup and butter lettuce salad with reddish. The French onion soup was the best I've had. I got the a with truffle and lamb. Wow! The deviled eggs were tasty, each served with black caviar. We loved it. Well worth going.

Came for the brunch - there was love sax player which was really lovely. French toast was the best. Drinks were also really fresh. Didn’t like the breakfast sausage, tasted more like a ground beef than pork. The server did say that it was pork but still, didn’t taste like it to us. Everything was fresh and the crepes were some of the best we have had.

We had reservations for a party of 8. People loved the French Onion Soup and Roasted Chicken. One member of our group is gluten free and he was able to safely eat almost a everything from the menu. The pork chops were dryer than we preferred. We were celebrating birthdays and were given complimentary dessert which was delicious. The menu is pretty limited which is why I might not return.

It’s been a min since we last came here but at that time brunch was pretty decent. We ordered escargot, French toast, and chocolate macaron. We ordered another item but it’s no longer on the current menu. The escargot was okay, pretty puffy until you dig in. I did wish there was more filling inside for the price. The French toast was delicious. It was huge so it’s big enough to share. I liked the almond brittle with the French toast and vanilla mascarpone. It helped balance the flavors. The chocolate macaron was definitely very shareable. You can easily split this with like 2-3 people. It was sweet but not as rich as Dubai chocolate. Service was good. Prices are of course expensive. You do get good size portions for some of the items.

Well the meals were excellent but the prices were very high, even by Vegas standards. Located on the promenade level at Aria, the restaurant is tucked into a corridor ending at the conjunction of three of the resorts premier restaurants. Nice European decor, a little dark but bar music is muted and the main dining area has very little noise and it’s easy to converse and eavesdrop. The menu is small and there is little for vegans and vegetarians. Service was spot on and the restaurant was not very busy for our early dinner, so food came quickly. The warm baguette was very nice albeit a little on the sourdough side. Wines and beers are well represented and there were a few desserts but not a lot of choice. Parking as part of the Aria resort is plentiful. Not a good fit for children but access and seating is fine for the mobility challenged. Overall we give it four Google stars and three and one/half clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.
